On the table: Individually prepared egg dishes (scrambled, fried or boiled breakfast egg from South Tyrolean free-range chickens). Homemade juices and fruit spreads, organic honey from the neighbouring farm, freshly baked bread, dried fruit and muesli. Depending on the season, there are fresh fruits and vegetables from the farm. Plus South Tyrolean dairy products such as butter, yoghurt, cheese, South Tyrolean bacon and sausage specialities.
